Fake Camera System

@Anonymous 110/6/2026

My friend Sam worked at a logistics company for four years. He was a hard worker and never caused problems. One day, he called me in shock because he had been fired. His boss claimed he saw Sam doing something wrong on the security cameras. When Sam asked to see the video or hear what he supposedly did, the boss refused to explain. He just gave Sam his final paycheck and had security walk him out. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of him. Sam was devastated and confused because he had always been a dedicated employee. I decided to help him clear his name. We asked his coworkers, but they did not know anything. We even thought about hiring a lawyer, but Sam felt so betrayed that he was not sure he wanted his job back. Eventually, we talked to the security guard. He told us the company was cutting costs and firing people to save money. They used fake claims about cameras to make it look like everyone was being fired for policy violations. It was a dirty trick. Sam realized the company was dishonest and decided to move on. A few months later, he found a much better job where he is happy. He says getting fired might have been a good thing in the end. Still, it is scary to think how quickly a company can turn on you. You never know when your job might disappear for no reason.
